Materials
Green bags and printed materials are essential to the project’s success. They create structure for donors and volunteers, support consistent communication, provide important information like most needed items, and help standardize each step of the process. With these materials, the project can operate efficiently and scale responsibly.
Staff & Software
Staff and software form the backbone of the project’s day-to-day operations. They provide the coordination, communication systems, and administrative support needed to manage our network of Neighborhood Coordinators and Food Donors. With reliable tools and dedicated oversight, the project can operate efficiently and continue expanding its impact.
Pickup Day
Pickup materials play a critical role in managing the logistics of collection day. Things like boxes, tents, and other supplies help our volunteers sort and transfer the food efficiently while ensuring everything remain organized. With dependable supplies, the project can handle growth and maintain smooth operations across every neighborhood.
